There are two of us who post here, myself and that old geezer Goompa.

He can tell you about himself, this is about me, the Guy Next Door.

I am a retired Gay man, and no I haven’t hit 65 yet.  I just got tired of the rat race and had the means to just say ‘Fuck It’ to work.  I spent a long time working ten to twelve hour days sometimes, and I was one of the lucky one’s who didn’t lose their shirt in the recent economic downturn.

Instead I own some property, had it developed, and my Golden Years are safe, as I owe virtually nothing on the property or houses I have.   Working all those hours paid off, that and the foresight of my father who bought some undeveloped acreage eons ago, paid for it all and slowly developed it, has me set.

Now I get to reap the rewards, which for me, is having several houses that surround my own home, that I had specially designed.  See, my backroom bedroom can look out onto four of my rental property homes, and you know, the worry about renting to young people is a Myth.

They aren’t always wild drunks, but boy they do like their parties, and let me say, I live for those times when their buddies drop over.  I mean, I get some nice free shows out of the deal, and unlike Goompa, I never go to bed before midnight.  ( Unless I have a guest over spending the night )

This is about my fantasies, mixed in with some of my own experiences. I can honestly say, it is more fun than not.  So hopefully you’ll enjoy my adventures into the world of young men, that help me bust a nut more times than I do laundry or dishes.
